Alex Lee

Alex is an accomplished and passionate medical aesthetician dedicated to providing exceptional beauty treatments and skincare expertise. Alex is a self-described “Islander through and through”, born and raised in Summerside, PEI.
Alex pursued her education in Medical Aesthetics at the Majestany Institute in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Her greatest achievement has been obtaining her Medical Aesthetics license, which was a significant milestone in her career. It required a lot of hard work, dedication, and countless hours of studying to master the techniques and knowledge necessary for this field.
With a strong foundation in skin anatomy and biology, Alex specializes in tailored skincare treatments, laser, and IPL technologies. Her expertise and passion for skincare have earned her a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable aesthetician.
In her free time, Alex enjoys music, journaling, and creating cozy spaces in her home. She shares her life with her partner, Brandon, and their energetic golden doodle, Murphy. Bringing a furry friend into their lives has been such a rewarding experience. Training and caring for Murphy has taught them so much about responsibility and teamwork.
Alex's greatest influences are her mentors and educators, who have inspired her to continuously improve her skills and knowledge. She loves working alongside the talented team at Beauty Mark, where she can continue to grow and develop her skills in the beauty industry.
Melanie Roias

Melanie is a skilled Senior Aesthetician at Beauty Mark, with a strong educational background in aesthetics, graduating from the PIHDA in Charlottetown in 2012. Melanie absolutely loves continuing her education and has since expanded her expertise through various certification including lash lifting, brow lamination, lash extensions, gel nails, dermaplaning, and advanced waxing techniques. Her latest achievement has been undertaking training in laser hair removal and IPL.
Melanie values building strong relationships with her clients where she can make them feel comfortable and provide them with the most customized and quality services.
Born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI, Melanie also considers Toronto her second home. Prior to her current role, Melanie pursued a career in dog grooming, showcasing her compassion for animals. As a devoted mother, Melanie's greatest achievement is becoming a mom, and she enjoys spending time with her family, fur babies, and pursuing hobbies like reading and cooking.
When asked to describe her daily routine, Melanie laughs and says it's "beautiful chaos." Despite the hectic pace, Melanie thrives in her role at Beauty Mark, where she's surrounded by an amazing team and has the opportunity to provide top-notch services to her clients. She credits co-owners Devan and Stephanie for creating a truly amazing work environment that is she is proud to be a part of.
Holly Brown
aesthetician
Holly Brown is a friendly and dedicated aesthetician with a strong commitment to helping others feel their best. Born and raised in Forest Hill, PEI, Holly spent 14 years as a baker and cake decorator, owning her own business in Montague before pursuing her career in aesthetics.
Holly completed her certification as an aesthetician from The Private Institute of Hair Design and Aesthetics in 2017. She has since attained additional certifications in dermaplaning, Jessner peel, and other specialized areas.
Holly's expertise lies in creating customized facials and body treatments tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. She takes pride in truly listening to her clients' concerns and working with them to develop a personalized plan to achieve their skincare objectives.
In her personal life, Holly strives to spend more time outdoors, travel with loved ones, and prioritize wellness and self-care. Professionally, she is committed to ongoing education and certification in the aesthetics field, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Holly is motivated by the "boss babe" mentality: strong women who get things done while supporting and empowering those around them. She strives to embody these qualities in her own work and relationships, and was naturally drawn to Beauty Mark's family-like atmosphere, where these values thrive.
Kendra McInnis

Kendra is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with a strong passion for medical aesthetics. Born in Halifax, she grew up in Charlottetown, PEI, and pursued her post-secondary education at the University of Prince Edward Island and Memorial University in Newfoundland.
As a registered nurse, Kendra has worked in various healthcare settings, including the Cancer Treatment Centre, Provincial Palliative Care Centre and Emergency Department. Her experience in nursing has taught her the importance of kindness, compassion, and hard work.
In addition to her nursing career, Kendra has a passion for medical-grade skin care and cosmetic treatments. In her role at Beauty Mark, Kendra specializes in laser, IPL, and personalized skincare routines. She is committed to understanding each client's unique skin type and goals, working with them to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Kendra's greatest influences are her parents, who have instilled in her the values of caring for others and giving her time to those in need. Kendra is passionate about interior design, antiques, and artwork. In her free time, Kendra enjoys exercising, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends - giving a special shout-out to travelling and spending time with her husband Joe, with whom she also shares two rambunctious pugs; Bucky and June.
Kendra is thrilled to be a part of the Beauty Mark team, where she can combine her nursing expertise with her passion for cosmetics to help clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Kyla Richard

Kyla Richard is a dedicated Certified Aesthetician at Beauty Mark Medaesthetics, where she specializes in a range of services including gel nails, pedicures, manicures, and facials. Born and raised in Morell, PEI, Kyla began her aesthetic journey at 18, training at the Private Institute in Charlottetown. She has continued to expand her skills, pursuing additional education in Halifax, NS, as a Certified Doula candidate.
Kyla values building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring each receives exceptional care and service. Her passion lies in making people feel comfortable and cared for, and she is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Outside of work, Kyla is a devoted mother of three boys and enjoys staying active through exercise classes with fellow moms. She balances her busy life as a working mom, prioritizing quality time with her family.
