Stephanie is a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director and co-owner at Beauty Mark Medaesthetics. Born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI, Stephanie pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. FX University in 2009, followed by her Master's in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from Dalhousie University in 2019. She also obtained a Certificate in Medical Aesthetics from THMA Consulting in 2019.
With over a decade of experience in nursing, Stephanie has worked in various roles, including Emergency, remote northern nursing, primary care, and mental health. Her expertise extends to medical aesthetics, where she specializes in full facial rejuvenation, lip fillers, and multimodal treatments for neck rejuvenation.
Stephanie values her relationships with clients, prioritizing their needs and well-being. She believes in continuous learning, surrounding herself with like-minded professionals, and seeking guidance from mentors. As a clinical trainer for THMA Consulting, Stephanie trains healthcare professionals pursuing careers in aesthetics.
Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time with friends and family. She's passionate about maintaining good relationships, learning to relax, and pursuing her goals. Stephanie's greatest influences are her late mother and grandmother, who taught her valuable life lessons about kindness, confidence, and gratitude.

Suzie Ling
registered nurse
Suzie is a knowledgeable and talented Medical Aesthetics Injector and Registered Nurse with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Born in Halifax, she grew up in Charlottetown, PEI, and has pursued a distinguished educational background in Outdoor Recreation, Child and Youth Care, Psychology, and Nursing.
As a Registered Nurse, Suzie has worked in various settings, including Emergency/Critical Care and Primary Care in Remote First Nation Communities. Her expertise in Medical Aesthetics is focused on Neurotoxins and Ha Lip Filler treatments.
Suzie's greatest influence is her mother, who instilled in her the confidence to pursue her goals. She values hard work and dedication, and her personal and professional goals include obtaining her Nurse Practitioner designation.
In her free time, Suzie enjoys exercising, running, spending time with her family, camping, and skiing. She is a proud mother of two sons, Sam and Luke, and is accompanied by her loyal Golden Retriever, Tucker.
Suzie is thrilled to be a part of the Beauty Mark team, where she can combine her nursing expertise with her passion for medical aesthetics to help clients feel confident and beautiful. She is drawn to the company's core values of hard work, dedication, and empowering individuals to feel their best.
Jocelyn Dougan
Nurse practitioner
Jocelyn is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for medical aesthetics. Born and raised in Donaldston, PEI, Jocelyn pursued her educational background in Nursing, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Global Affairs, and a Master of Nursing: Nurse Practitioner.
Jocelyn has worked in various settings as a registered nurse, including the Intensive Care Unit, endoscopy, and as a clinic nursing instructor. Currently, she works as a Nurse Practitioner at Beauty Mark, The Health and Wellness Centre at the University of Prince Edward Island, and Gulf Shore Medical Home.
Jocelyn’s specialties are injectables, including neurotoxins and derma fillers. Her personal and professional goals include continuing to grow her knowledge and skills in both medical aesthetics and longevity medicine.
In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys CrossFit, golf, and travelling the world with her husband, Andrew. She is a proud aunt of her nieces and nephews; Tom, Billie, Sawyer and Miles.
Jocelyn is thrilled to be a part of the Beauty Mark team, where she feels supported and valued. She has learned extensively from working alongside Stephanie and appreciates the team-centred approach at Beauty Mark.


Kendra McInnis
registered nurse & laser specialist
Kendra is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with a strong passion for medical aesthetics. Born in Halifax, she grew up in Charlottetown, PEI, and pursued her post-secondary education at the University of Prince Edward Island and Memorial University in Newfoundland.
As a registered nurse, Kendra has worked in various healthcare settings, including the Cancer Treatment Centre, Provincial Palliative Care Centre and Emergency Department. Her experience in nursing has taught her the importance of kindness, compassion, and hard work.
In addition to her nursing career, Kendra has a passion for medical-grade skin care and cosmetic treatments. In her role at Beauty Mark, Kendra specializes in laser, IPL, and personalized skincare routines. She is committed to understanding each client's unique skin type and goals, working with them to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Kendra's greatest influences are her parents, who have instilled in her the values of caring for others and giving her time to those in need. Kendra is passionate about interior design, antiques, and artwork. In her free time, Kendra enjoys exercising, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends - giving a special shout-out to travelling and spending time with her husband Joe, with whom she also shares two rambunctious pugs; Bucky and June.
